Launchpad Administrative Samples Not Found

I'm using CE version 9.0 and we're having a hard time finding the launchpad that includes the samples and documentation that are seen on the left side of the version 8 launchpad. When we go to launchpad, it simple opens up the login screen, not the screen where you can choose between CMC, ePortfolio, etc.

Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Thanks for the reply, but when I try that I get a "Page Not Found" error. I tried using both the server name and the actual IP address.
