Launching Outlook xpress and saving e-mail as .txt file

Hi all,

Is there a way for me to launch outlook express and save an email as a text file using Word/Excel 97 vba?

I'm trying to write a script that opens outlook, searches for a given message with a specific subject, then saves it as a text file. However, I'm not really sure how to do this as I don't know how to access outlook objects using vba.
I know I can launch it using SHELL, but that's about it.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Peace!
