I have a windows XP (Home edition) upgrade on a Windows 98SE system. Outlook Express cannot be launched at all ever since the upgrade (worked with Win 98SE). I keep getting error messages saying there is a problem with msimn.exe and asks me to send a report to Microsoft. The only solution I got from a Microsoft tech support engineer is an offer to send a Windows XP (complete version) to replace the system I have now. Anyone have a solution to this problem?
