Launching Lotus Notes

Hi, hopefully someone here can help me. I'm trying to do some HTML (can only be HTML) to launch Lotus Notes and open a specific Database on a server. The DOS command line to do this is;

c:\Notes\Notes SERVERNAME!!/Directory/database.nsf

I can get Frontpage to open notes, but how do I tag the Server and database parameters on to the end and get it working?

Don't know if it works, but this is what Lotus Support says. You might also try browsing the Note.net forums, there seems to be alot of info there on how to do it.
