Hello,

I would like to create a button on a form that will allow the user to notify email recipients if a record (i.e. bound form) was modified.

Within the body of the email, I would like to indicate what fields changed (i.e. old value, new value).

Can I do this?

If so, can I set up the message body to contain variable fields (i.e. me.mycontrol.oldvalue)?

I hope I am making sense.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Did you try the DoCmd.SendObject method ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

Thanks PHV

I did not know about the DoCmd.SendObject (still a newbie).

I hope that this will be exactly what I am looking for.
