I would like to access it as .

On the Wills & Probate the link "[gray](...)[/gray] please contact [blue]Martin Roberts[/blue] or call on [gray](...)[/gray]" need "our-people/" in its [tt]href[/tt] : "../[red]our-people/[/red]contact/martin-roberts".

No more to say, even this was hard to find. It is a nice & clear site. [thumbsup2]

Are the telephone numbers for corporate and private clients supposed to be formatted differently?

Hmm, you should be able to use a non www.
I have put some htaccess directives in place to redirect any requests for non the However, thinking about it now - I don't control the domain. It is registered elsewhere and mail traffic goes to different servers. I've simply asked that web traffic be sent to the server where the site is hosted. I guess they did this by changing the ip for www. In which case there isn't much I can do about it.

As for the link to Martin Roberts contact. It's shouldn't have the 'our-people' in it. It's an htaccess glitch. The site runs from a CMS and I created a simple way for the admins to add contact links.
[!]Fixed[/!] Would you mind checking it again?

Yes they are. Odd I know. The Private clients one is a UK Geographic number (the 01452 is Gloucester) whereas the Corporate number is a non-geographic number. They are formatted differently.

Yep. Quite common situation.

Ok. I wrote that it "need" it, because gave error 404 without and worked with. And because other contact URLs had it, I supposed so.

Yep, it worked with the our-people because I have an htaccess rule set up to catch that ;)

Basically what I have done in the back end is build a system that means the admin can simply create a link to "contact/<name>" from anywhere in the site. They don't need to worry about getting the link path correct and they don't need to worry about using an absolute path.

To be fair it should just pick up the "contact/<name>" and send you the right page. But I hacked it last night. I'll refine it later. :)
