launch browser on workstation

I wonder if there anyway to launch a web-browser(or any other appl..) on my work-station from the T/EC-server.
T/EC-server = unix (hp-ux)
Workstation = Win2000/XP.
I want to mark an event on the T/EC-consolle, click a button to launch my browser.

The TEC would only be able to do this in response to an event received from your workstation.

Not sure how you'd want to instrument this though.
