Launch.asp error in web interface 1

We are using the Citrix XP web interface to allow our remote users to access the system. I have one remote workstation running a newly installed Window XP operating system, that gives me the following problem:

I access the web page, login to the server, choose one of the published applications. But, instead of starting the application, a window appears that asks me if I want to Open/Save/Cancel the Launch.asp file.

If I choose Open, the system prompts me to search for a program to open the file.
If I choose Save, it saves the file, but basically gives me the same result mentioned above, when I try to run the file.
Cancel, cancels the operation.

The published application never executes.

Is anyone familiar with this problem, and how to correct it. It is only happening on this one machine.

You have to install the ICA client below first that you see on you webinterface screen.
