Hello. I'm looking for an application launcher that will autostart an application when windows starts.
I know all I have to do is to put something in startup but I need something more.

I have a classroom and the people there aren't very technical. they have different AVI files on different thumb drives. When they put the thumb drive in I want the file they put in the USB drives to start playing automaticly and to have it played in fullscreen.
the way I want it to work is like a CD Player. as soon as it goes in it starts playing.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

That's fine. I'll use windows xp.
the only thing is how to setup autorun to play any file(s) found on USB key automaticly. I can see how to set it up for one file on one usb key but what if you have 4 or 5?

thing is when they are presenting I want them to just put the USB key in, It start playing, when they are done someone puts a usb key in and that starts playing. all in full screen.

4 or 5 files or 4 or 5 USB drives?

In XP it would be launched by the Autorun.inf

Permanently set Windows XP's Windows Explorer as your flash drive's default AutoPlay action

Some articles on Autrun.inf might be useful to you. Adapt the information where necessary to apply to the file on your drive.

Perhaps you should transfer your post or ask the questions in the XP Forum if it no longer concerns Windows 7.
