Hope someone can help!

I'm trying to create email links in a PDF that I am creating using PageMaker 6.5. I've followed all the instruction in the help file for creating them, and they do work...sort of. It does open the email browser, but my Internet browser is being launched as well.

How do I stop this?

Thanks,

Sean

Hi, Sean,

Yes, it's a common query, and I'm not 100% sure there is a simple universal answer. It seems to depend on the browser/e-mail client, their default settings and the code entered on the PM page.

Here's a PDF page I made some time ago for Adobe U2U - about 40Kb) - which on my PC here behaves in the way you want it to. In other words, clicking on "click here" to send me an e-mail opens my e-mail client and does not open my browser. It behaves the same if AR is loaded normally or in a browser window.

My browser is IE6 and I use Virtual Access for e-mail.
