trying to install ip communicator on a laptop
mac address format 00 !B 33 1A 24 39 not accepted in CME
any way arround it
i tried 001B.331A.2439
it tried to register, but got no dial ton
CME Config is
mac-address 001B.331A.2439
type CIPC

i tried it, did not work, after hours of searching and analyzing, i learned that i should add auto assign DN for this type of phone (CIPC) in telephony service
i did
it worked, and i am happy
