Latest SU update failed

Customer has a redundant BCM400 Rls4. I have installed the Software Management update with no problem but I cannot install the newest SU update. The error I am getting is "Software upgrade failed to apply, rpm retcode 154". Is this an issue with not having enough space for it? Thanks.

I tried the 028 patch and then downloaded the 029 and both did the same thing.

Yes, it downloads and then starts applying. It is in the applying process that it fails. I rebooted the BCM, and shut it down for 5 minutes but nothing helped.

Turned out that it was a space issue. Avaya deleted the unused language files and that should do it.
