Latest Patches for CS1000E

Hello Sir,
We are installing Nortel(Avaya) Communication Server 1000E 6.0,

1. Call server is not registering to Signaling Server,

2. We having 256 TDM Analog Licenses analog phones give busy tone if we connect between MGC.

Need patches for our installing to continue we can't download from site.
Please sugguest Latest Patches.

May need to go to AVAYA to get if you can not download. You will need patches for SigServer, and PBX, and be sure to get latest loadware for MGC also.

AVAYA has a policy not to provide patches without PASS so make sure you have a PASS agreement inplace

If the link between call server and ss still down and don't get answer to ; stat ss in 117 then try the commande in ld 117 register ucmsecurity system
and also : regsitery ucmsecurity device.

So try this cmd in 117 :

REGISTER UCMSECURITY SYSTEM FORCE

And sync your node again.

Can you confirm that you have installed the Linux Base Patches on the system?
