We're currently getting some questions from auditors about users being able to post their own journal entries. Our policy is that a trx is created, and saved to a batch. The supervisor approves the batch and then posts it. The supervisors name is typically the "last user" and "user who posted" however, i'm seeing some instances of the "last user" field being blank, or sometimes a different user. Does anyone know what this Last User field actually is? I believe it's in the GL transaction header table.
