Hello everybody

I need to find out where's written the date of the last execution of a full system scan.
You know, the date displayed on the main window of NAV.
I need to read it inside an application.

I've looked for it in the windows reg and in some log files, but I couldn't find it.

Thanks

Thank you, oggywan, but I have no such key in the registry...
I'm running Norton AntiVirus 2005 (ver 11.0.11.4).
How come?

Thanks.

Yeah!
I've found it!
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus\LastScan
Thank you very much, oggywan, for pointing me to the right direction; unfortunately, the format is different from the one at the link you provided. I mean, converting values like that makes nonsense.
Year should be 2183...
??

Thanks

Solved by trial and error, even though the first two values of the SystemTime hex are quite mysterious.

Thank you :)

bye

Awesome. I guess I automatically go into Symantec Antivirus mode... of course this had to be Norton 2005 ;-)
