Are you updating the Access table while Crystal is running?
Can you provide more detail (connection method, versions, ...)?

Try using ODBC to connect rather than the direct connection and see if that resolves.
There are also Service Packs which address this sort of thing, try applying it.
As Ido gently alluded to, your post shared nothing technical, you should at minimum know what version of software you're using and share it.
