I have spent several days to figure out the print setting in CAD2005, but I still have a small question. Following is what I did.
converted color based printing style (CTB) to named sytle (STB)
I open an old drawing (R14 version, based on paper size A (8.5"x11"). Then I go to "file"/"page setup manager", there is 'none' settings, so I click 'new' and made a new setting named 'setup1'. Finally, I hilight the 'setup1' then click 'set current'. It works great.
My problem is: when I open another old drawing or creata new drawing, I have to do the "page setup manager" again, only benefit is, when I click 'new', the 'setup1' appears so I can apply it to the 'new'. ==> It there a way to apply the 'setup1' as a default settings & apply to all old drawings or new drawings?
I have thousands of drawings in my computer, I don't want to open every drawing once & effect the 'setup1' to each drawing one by one... That would be a death work.
the command "paperupdate" value is already '1' as supposed to.
It has been taking me 3 days... Who can help me? Thanks!
