When I run a report the page breaks and widths look great, but the last page on the report is always blank. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you.

We are having issues seeing your report design, controls, section heights, page break controls, code, section property values, ...

So, how do I trouble shoot this.

I do not see any reason why the last page should be blank. On a 20 page report, 19 pages are perfect. But, page 20 is blank.

Thank you.

I had this problem and found that the pages on my report were slightly too wide. try resizing them slightly and see if this clears the problem. Just worked for me :)

Let us know how you get on

Might check the report footer, make sure the height is 0 or the minimal amount of space.

Thanks for your help everyone. This one is driving me crazy. I think it does has something to do with the report footer. When I add a footer, it prints on the last page. I assume this is because I have a page break within my grouped information. But, I deleted the report footer and the last page still shows. I made sure I am not beyond the page width as well.

Anymore ideas on how to trouble shoot?

Thank you.

Now we know a little more about your report, properties, and controls (specifically the Page Break). You should consider removing the page break and using the Force New Page property of your group sections.

Thank you, deleting the page break took care of the problem. I appreciate your help.

Thanks, this worked great for me, too. I've never used that property before.
