Is there any way to determine when you are on the last page of a group besides using a NEXT function?

If you do a running total in a group, you can compare this to a summary total of the group. Summary totals show the entire number and running totals show how many printed so far. But that would just be numbers, not pages which Crystal typically handles itself.

The use of Crystal's automated totals is outlined at FAQ767-6524.

The group footer prints at the end of the group. You could put a formula there that sets a flag. If you do that, make sure you create a second formula for the group header to reset the flag
