Last Page is Blank 1

Hello,
when I run my report, the last page is always blank except for the page header and page footer.

Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

The number of pages may vary, but I always get an extra page.

I'd guess that you have a New Page After in one of your sections, check the group and detail sections by right clicking and selecting format section.

Yes I do, in multiple sections in group 1.

Instead of checking it, use a formula by clicking the X-2 next to it that contains:

not(onlastrecord)

OK, I applied your X-2 formula and it works, everything shown on the last page is gone. Do you know how do you get rid of the this extra page all together?

If you have "New Page After" checked for multiple sections, make sure you put the formula in the X+2 for each one, as SV suggested. Or did you instead suppress the page header and footer using the formula?

You also might check the report footer section and suppress it if you haven't already, or resize it if you are using it and it is larger than necessary.

Got it. Suppressed Report footer, and the extra blank page is gone.
