IPO 500 4.1.15
This install that I am doing has several departments (Eight to be exact), each with their own set of lines (analog). Inbound and Outbound calls are routed over their particular set of lines.
Outbound calls are routed via ARS, shortcodes are set in user rights to route over their specific ars table.
Works fine except for the fact that whenever last number redial is used, it will not route calls over the ars table it is suppose to,
instead it trys to route over the system shortcode 9 instead of the user 9.
I tried just removing the system shortcode, thinking it may then roll to the user short code but it doesn't.
All other outbound calls do what they should, even speed dials.
Anyway to force the redial button to follow the user's programming?
Thanks
Delmar
