Hello All
I have a BCM50 with a telephone set that is not co-operating.
I have a button on a T7316e programmed as a "Last Number Redial" and when I call a number and then hang up and then try to redial the last number it comes up with the first six numbers of the phone number last dial but nothing else (Area code and NXX but not the rest of the number).
Any suggestions??
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
Regards

Verify if BCM or phone issue by turning off Set Relocation and swap with another phone as a test.

It was all sets with the same issue and now resolved.

Fix was to go via Telset (cannot do via Element Manager) to SystemProgramming/AnalgTrks VAD/ (it was enabled to allow FMFM over Analog Trunks) and then to Noise Floor and change the value from 10 to 590.

Looked in Readme of patch System-022 then used "Find" (CTL-F) to search Last Number Redial, I gave up on that search but then spotted the letters LNR while looking to confirm I needed to reboot BCM for this patch.

From the Readme in their words:

Note: In order for the FMFM to work, user has to "Enable" the VAD manually by:

"Go to "System prgrming>AnlgTrks VAD" and Enable/Disable VAD

After enabling VAD if the customer is facing LNR issue the Noise Floor
value in VAD has to be adjusted manually. Normally Noise Floor value > 590
resolves the issue."
