Last Logged on Screen

In a Windows 2000 domain, does anyone know of a way to display the last logged in user ID and the date and time it was logged in? I would like for this window to pop whenever a user logs on to their PC.

I don't know a way to do this through the Win2K other than the logon prompt which leaves the username of the last person who logged in.

I do use BG Info

http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/bginfo.shtml

Which you can customize to tell you alot of different information. When a user logs in the name of the last person and any other info you select will stay on the screen until BG Info loads the new infomation.
