I am testing an in house Windows application. While recording, I selected a value from a drop down in the application, and applied it. I parameterized the value with all other values in the drop down menu. QTP selects all values and applies them properly except for the last item on each menu. This occurs on any menu I try.

If the menu items are not likely to change, you could try passing the index of the item rather than its name?
Failing that if you post the code you've got, then it'll be easier to work out if I can help
