Last Full Month function and YTD

Have a report that shows both Monthly sales and Year to date sales. The report is always ran a few days after the first of the month. To collect the Monthly sales I use the function "in Last Full Month". Is there a similar function to collect Year to date sales up to the Last Full month?

For example if the report is ran on 11/14/2001 the function " in Last Full Month’ will only collect sales for the month of 10/2001 but the “YearToDate” will collect sales up to 11/14/2001 whereas I only want up to 10/31/2001.

Any suggestions?

Well, you could use the yeartodate function AND include logic in your record selection formula that excludes the current month's records. That should do the trick. Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

This works well. Thanks

Except I have found another issue. On January 10 2002 the report will be ran and the "in LastFullMonth" function should pull out Dec 2001 sales, but the "in YearToDate" will pick up 2002 sales not 2001.

Anyone have other suggestions?
