I was able to configure 2 ipLDK-60 using H.323. The two can access each others extensions and even the CO line. But the local 147 on system A cannot be reached by the other system’s extensions. Other extensions on system A can call 147 without a problem. Local 147 can also call both extension within system A and also system B. Extensions on system B can call other extensions on system A except local 147. When trying to call extension 147 from system B, callers just hear a dead air.

I have checked and all extensions on system A have the same configuration. I have also configured a DID on system A but if did not changed anything. I also created a specific route on system B to 147, aside from the 1** config. i have changed local 147 to 146 and 146 to 147. they cannot call 146. seems like they cannot call the last port regardless of the number

any idea on the cause of the problem? thanks

The last station number is reserved for the build-in modem.

Verify that there is a local number in PGM105 at the last port (Default 147).
Check the PGM170 to see the number of last port (default = extension number 147)
If you want to use the build-in modem, then in PGM174 put data modem: 19200 Baud (with 8 databit, no parity, 1 stop bits.).
It might not be possible to remove the station (modem)number away from PGM170, so you can use it for other purpose.

the local number of the last port is 147. there is also a 147 in the PGM170. can i disable this feature for the last port?

thanks

In works in some s/w to do this, in others not. So try!

///doktor

In PGM 170
select CO Number, and assigned a CO Trunk,
with this, you can use the station 147.

lets say i assign CO3 in PGM170, can i still use CO3 for incoming outgoing?

No, you must use a CO line (number) that is not in use...

///doktor

The CO line what you assigned, will be only for modem
