Last date in date range not coming up?? 1

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to retrieve the last date between two dates. In the Report Expert the formula looks like this: {TABLE.DATE} in {?Start Date} to {?End Date} <br>
It brings back all the records between the two dates except for those with the {?End Date} date. Why? <br>

You probably have already checked this, but...<br>
If Table.Date is a DateTime field, and {?End Date} is a DateTime parameter with the time set to early in the day (or not set at all, which would default to 12am), then you could miss them that way.
