As far as I know, it's still CP22 for 3.7.

installation completes.
The following issue is addressed:
1. BCM_370.095_CP.22.2500628 patch does not have Mailbox & Operator Managers
The Unified Messaging Client installer included in BCM_370.095_CP.22.2500628
is missing Mailbox or Operator Managers. These are usually included as a
part of the Unified Messaging Client application.

What rls is the bcm?
I just downloaded patches for 3.6 and it was still on cummulative 3, but there are multiple new patches released.
