Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 from remote sites using cached mode and autosave every three minutes. When a message has been created that took more than 3 minutes (apparently) when the message is finally sent the current changes may not be sent. I think it is what has been saved by the autosave feature. Appears to have started recently but since it happens sporadically and most messages are short this may have been a problem for awhile. For now users have been told to click on Save right before sending. Still not sure if this over-rode the problem. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? TIA for any help.
