Last 2 New Agents not showing up in Reports???

Symposium 6.0 Licensed for 28 Agents. Have 30 agents entered but no more than 20 logged in at any given time. The last two agents we entered do not show up on reports. When you go to request the report they do not show up in the agent selection list???

Any Ideas?

Sounds to me as if they havn't been assigned to partition, so although they will work they can't be reported on.

Captain Gadget,

None of our users have access to the partitions. Only supervisors / mgrs have partition access. Gave the two users partition access but still they do not show up on the report selection list.

Still searching for the solution!

Interesting. What patch level do you have installed on the CCMA, CCMS, and the Sybase (EBF) patches?

Hi,

We had an issue similar to this just after we had CC6 installed, we rebooted the server and this cured the problem.

But have the two new agents been put into the partition (a different activity than giving access to users)?
