Laserjet 8550 not printing Cyan

We have an HP Laserjet 8550 that's about 6 or 7 years old. It just recently stopped printing cyan. I just put a brand new cyan toner in and still won't print any blues. The other ton cartridges are covered in cyan toner on one side (the side that goes into the printer).

Any ideas?
