Hi, we have a 8150DN that's starting to print crooked out of tray 3 (the bottom tray) - tray 2 and manual feed print fine.
I've checked to make sure none of the rollers are out of place and have done several test prints from different PCs and all of them print crooked.
I've heard that this -might- be a driver issue and not a physical problem with the printer but don't know how to check.
All PCs are WinXP and the printer is connected via cat5 to the network and is controlled by a Win2k print server.
any advice would be greatly appreciated!
thanks!
