We are having a problem with our laserjet 5100, it will only print in A4 portrait and when selecting a layout such as A3 landscape it will not print in this mode, the same goes for our RICOH Aficio 220 so i do not believe that it will be a problem with the printers but there is always the possibility that i am wrong, is there anyone who can help or who has experienced this problem
