Hi all. The long and short of it is that when printing from tray 2, intermittent pages will print half off the page and the leftover image can be found on the back of the page when it comes out. Feeding from tray 1 (manual feed) seems to solve this problem. My guess is some kind of sensor in the tray is not working right. If this is so, can I fix it without buying a new tray?

Gracias,

Chad Roeder

The paperguide tabs in the tray might be defect / wrong positioned causing the printer to sense a wrong paperformat or registration of paper position.

The problem was with the rollers. Replaced them, and all is well. Thanks!
