Laserjet 4100 Fuser Problems

Does anyone out there have some service notes on HP laserjet 4100 fusers?

I have had two units peel the fuser film (just like the infamous 4200 issue with a similar fuser), one unit has done this once already and now is being reported with the same symptom again...

A separate unit also did the same thing (two printers, three problem fusers, in other words...)

Failure most recent was Printer serial USBNK19939, Fuser serial AAA0043389, peels from the left side of the fuser as you look at the back of the printer.

The other failed unit serial number (second failure possible but not confirmed) is USBGF04213, serial number of the original fuser is AAD0000342 and secondary fuser is rebuilt by Depot America AAB0043070.

Currently, 8/23/05, there is no service note on this issue with the LaserJet 4100 Fuser peeling. Best you can do at this time is just replace them. Sorry.
