I have an HP Laserjet 4000 that refuses to print to tray 3 for one user. It is a network printer and all other users are fine. The printer has been uninstalled and reinstalled several times, including manually cleaning the registry and removing the driver files. I have configured the printer properties for the user exactly as the other users, set tray 3 as the default tray in the application but it still goes to tray 2... help i'm desperate here and I don't want to have to reimage the PC.
TIA!!!
