This is the error i get when trying to print from a web page.

error: Undefined
Offending Command: Defineresource

STACK:
/CIDFont
-dictionary-
/TTA523CDCC2BtCID

Any help would be appreciated

Defineresource is a PostScript Level 2 command. Obviously something wrong with the resource that is trying to be defined or the way the command is phrased within the code, since the LaserJet4000 is capable of dealing with PostScript Level 2.

Do you have the latest printer driver installed? Do you need to use PostScript driver or could you try installing the PCL5 driver?

Pretty sure we have the latest driver installed, i'll double check that.. We use the Postscript to print from our unix.. thanks for the help

I'm also guessing if the Defineresource command is trying to define a Font name that is unknown or absent, you could get the 'unefined' error. (or defining an empty field..)

If you can, try re-directing the output to a file instead of the printer and I'll try looking at the resulting PostScript code closer.
