I have a user running Windows 2000 SP2 with a LaserJet 2100 on it's LPT1 port. I've updated the drivers to the most current release HP has on it's website.
The printer keeps sending a signal back to Windows that the paper tray is empty, when it is full. Rebooting the computer hasn't helped. Any suggestions? He's got network printers he can use, but he's a manager, and I want to make sure I'm right before I tell him to junk the old thing. ;-) Jennifer Sigman
