large tables in Biztalk 2004 to delete

Sorry this is coming from a DBA, trying to cleanup some of the tables in the Biztalkmsgboxdb that are very large. They are Tracking_Parts1 and Tracking_spool1. They are well over 700,000 rows and I have been told by Biztalk developers we only need last weeks worth of data. I looked at the cleanup sp's and jobs created by Biztalk but these tables are not referenced. Is there a sp I am missing, or is this a manual process?
