Large Report format cutting off

I have a 11x17' report, Adobe format. Whenever it prints it cuts off the right most part of the report. I have tried specifically setting a printer that is capable of Tabloid Paper. Has anyone run into this before?

Are you using Crystal Enterprise?

Which version?

If you open the file in Acrobat, is it cut off?

Try applying the service packs, they often address this sort of thing:
