Large message

I have small problem with Outlook that I don’t understand. When I get an email in my Large Message Folder, if I open the email, read it, then go back to my Inbox..the message is gone. Like it has been permanently deleted..I have checked in the Deleted Items folder, not there.



I have to move these messages to my Inbox before opening them in order for them to remain in Outlook. Is there a setting I need to correct? Thanks

While in your Large Message Folder, check View, Current View...make sure that 'Show all messages' is selected (not 'show unread messages').
