Large Logs Files

In my log folder of my imcdata folder, my log file is over 500 megabytes.   Can I just delete this and restart the internet mail service or how else can i reduce this log file.

If you do a backup of the Exchange Server and have circular logging enabled (means that each log file wont grow more than about 5Mb) the log files will shrink, it is not recommended to delete them since Exchange Server uses them to roll back transactions in case of a crash or something.<br><br>Regards<br><br>Lars
