Large license needed?

I acquired an Avaya IP Office V2 system. Their previous vendor went out of business. I've done quite a bit of programming with these systems. I'm just not familiar with the licenses I need to add the 16 port digital station chassis to their current setup.

Currently, they have the Essential Edition license, Essential Edition for additional voicemail ports and the Small site upgrade 8 (9.1) license.

I assume I would need the Large site upgrade license applied to activate the expansion chassis and then remove the small site license?

Thanks for any guidance.
