Good evening from Wisconsin,

I have a client with a machine running IE6 on XP Pro, and IE6 displays unusually large fonts in all web pages. Only IE6 is affected; no other programs display large fonts by default.

For a screenshot, see .

The font size is set to medium (View->Text Size) and nothing is checked at Tools->Internet Options->Accessibility.

Where else should I check to return her IE6 to normal?

Thank you in advance,

Control Panel, Accessibility Options, Display, and uncheck "Use High Contrast".

If no joy from Accessibility Options, have the user start Internet Explorer. Hold down the left CTRL key and scroll the mouse wheel up and down and observe the screen.
