Laptop screen connector broken, need new one 1

I uploaded two pictures of my laptop screen connector that got torn when someone picked it up after i cleaned it and hadn't screwed everything together on the laptop yet. What an idiot (the guy that picked it up by grabbing the screen!). Anyway, I'm wondering if there is a replacement connector that I could get. That'd be really dumb to have to go and buy a whole new screen as I know this one works perfectly, so I dont want to do that. I tried to fix the connector by taping it together, but it's in too many pieces for that to work (i used regular tape and also PVC tape which has worked on much smaller tears in the past). I can plug other monitors to the laptop at the back and it works fine that way, but I really want the laptop's own screen to work on the laptop itself!

Ahh thank you guys, that is VERY helpful, particularly as I didn't want to deal with dell, warranties, etc... Hell I dont even know if i have a warranty, its a few years old. Anyway, I'll contact the people at the website and see what they say, and yes he still has fingers, i wont do anything to him though , lol. I would look on ebay, but.....i lost my trust for people online a long time ago when i got screwed over...Thanks again for the info guys

Meant to tell u guys a long time ago, but I ordered the LCD connector from parts-people.com and it came, and i installed it and its working perfectly!! Thanks a lot for the reference bcastner and thanks for the help also everyone else!
