Laptop Mouse

Hi there,
Some of our users have laptops and when they log into the network (Win 2000 with Citrix, the laptops are running XP) the mouse on the laptop dissappears. To fix this, they need to log out of the network, back to their desktop then log back in (doesn't need rebooting).
Any ideas???!!!???

have had this prob with sometimes with citrix also. Citrix has addressed it at their site but think their current stance is to say use FR3. Someone on Citrix support suggested checking out "Slow Mouse using Thin Terminal" on
