Laptop is not connection to Internet

I have a LAN Setup, the internet is accessed to a Lanmodem.
I have 20 users with Internet Access.
The laptop was working fine, until this morning, I can connect to the LAN but not to the Internet. I checked all the settings, everything is correct, nothing changed.
Everytime I try to get online I receive a DNS Error message
Any ideas where else I can look.

run the following at a cmd prompt
ipconfig /all

are the DNS settings there correct/same as a working computer?
