Laptop Internet & Network connections with satellite

Can anyone help me with what I thought was a simple satellite wireless connection until I started calling ISP's. I have 10 employees that travel the U.S. and I would like them to have internet access and be able to communicate with my LAN from almost anywhere wirelessly? Thanks, dan

Why not go with cellular connectivity? Sprint, Verizon, Alltel offer wireless broadband. It costs less than satellite, and will allow VPN access as well.
