LAPTOP GOES INTO SLEEP WHILE PC5250 ACTIVE

We have a Dell laptop that comes up with a PC5250 error message PCSWS044. It says windows is requesting permission to sleep while one or more sessions are connected. If you don't want it to you hit cancel but this causes Client Access sessions to disconnect incorrectly.
Checked and pc is not set to go into sleep mode as far as we can tell.
