Laptop freezes

Hello,

I have a tablet pc with 1 gig mem, a 1.7 celeron.
I have disabled the wireless
I have a cisco vpn.
I am using r5 ip softphone.
I am using a headset with the sound card.
My pc firewall is off.
ICF is off.

This happens inside the network and with the firewall/vpn.

I am able to connect, and make about 20minutes of calls.
Then my laptop freezes.

Is there something I need to check? What is causing the problem, does anybody want to give it a try?

the laptop is 1.7 centrino... not celeron..

Maybe there is a memory leak in the softphone, you can check with the task manager.
No further ideas as it could be anything ( its MS Windows

Is this a common problem?
Is this a reliable product?
